Job summary

Outpatient Imaging Affiliates, at MedStar Radiology – Lafayette Centre in Washington, DC, is seeking a Patient Coordinator II for a full-time, Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30am–5:00pm. You will be the frontline contact, welcoming patients, registering them, and coordinating appointments while delivering outstanding customer service.

Ideal candidates are strong communicators who can multitask, handle documentation accurately, and use medical terminology.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work independently and multitask.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Knowledge of computer applications and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming and registering patients.
• Coordinate patient appointments and scheduling.
• Handle phone correspondence and follow-ups.
• Maintain inventory and medical records.
• Support center operations and customer service.
