Jefferson Outpatient Imaging is seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic, compassionate individual who is a strong communicator to join an energetic, patient-focused team! Are you passionate about patient care? Do you love interacting with people? Come and join our team as a Patient Coordinator I for a Part-time position at our outpatient imaging center located in Malvern, PA. We’re looking for someone who is available for part-time morning shifts Monday - Thursday starting at 6:30 AM and ending around 1:00 PM. This is an as-needed position without set days or fixed hours at the moment. However, we guarantee a minimum of 8 hours per week, with the possibility of additional hours based on demand. Scheduling may vary week to week but will be published each month.

The Business Office Team is responsible for collaborating and leading the Imaging Center team in providing excellent patient care and supporting the operational goals for both the Center and the organization. This includes all customer and patient-facing responsibilities such as welcoming, registering, and overall patient coordination, as well as phone correspondence, scheduling appointments, inventory, and medical record management. The upper levels of this series also include the training, supervision, and management of Business Office team members. The overall scope for this series is designed to ensure the management and resources are available to maintain a quality, high functioning, and customer-friendly Outpatient Imaging Center.
