Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to deliver outstanding front-office service and schedule appointments with compassion and accuracy. You will report to the Practice Manager and participate in a four-week training program to succeed in the role, while building trust and loyalty with our patients.

As a Patient Coordinator, you will report to the Manager and perform daily front office tasks and duties to help create lasting impressions and build trust and loyalty with patients. When you join an Aspen Dental practice, you’ll participate in a four-week training program to succeed in your role. Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards. Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection. Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing. Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
