Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator in New York to deliver exceptional patient service and support the front office. You will join a team that emphasizes patient care, training, and a positive workplace culture.

You will schedule and confirm appointments, verify insurance, balance deposits, and assist with payment collection while participating in a four-week training program and ongoing development.

As a Patient Coordinator, you will report to the Manager and perform daily front office tasks and duties to help create lasting impressions and build trust and loyalty with patients. When you join an Aspen Dental practice, you’ll participate in a four-week training program to succeed in your role. Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards. Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection. Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing. Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
