Job summary

Ivy Health in Allentown, PA is seeking a Patient Coordinator to be the first touchpoint for patients. You will assist with patient registration, scheduling, and a broad range of front-office tasks to keep the clinic running smoothly.

Position Summary:

The Patient Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for patients and plays a critical role in delivering a welcoming, organized, and efficient clinic experience. This role supports front office operations such as patient registration, patient scheduling and other administrative tasks to ensure seamless coordination between patients and the clinical team. The Patient Coordinator supports clinic workflows by maintaining accurate patient records, appointment management, and providing excellent customer service to patients and families.
