Job summary

Ivy Health in Cromwell, CT is seeking a Patient Coordinator to be the welcoming first contact for patients. You will assist with patient registration, scheduling, and other front office tasks to keep clinic operations smooth.

The role supports the clinical team, maintains accurate patient records, and delivers exceptional customer service to patients and families in a collaborative, growth‑minded environment. This is a full-time position with 40 hours/week and a pay rate of $18–$21 per hour.

Position Summary:

The Patient Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for patients and plays a critical role in delivering a welcoming, organized, and efficient clinic experience. This role supports front office operations such as patient registration, patient scheduling and other administrative tasks to ensure seamless coordination between patients and the clinical team. The Patient Coordinator supports clinic workflows by maintaining accurate patient records, appointment management, and providing excellent customer service to patients and families.
