Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to deliver exceptional patient service and support for scheduling and front-desk tasks in Medford, MA.

You will verify insurance, manage charts, and assist with payments while maintaining a smooth patient flow in a busy practice.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized and detail oriented; able to manage time effectively.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Job Type: Full Time Salary: $18 - $21 / hour

How You’ll Make a Difference

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
• Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset

• Must be age 18 or older
