Job summary

Aspen Dental in Waterbury, CT, is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator (Patient Coordinator) to join our team. We offer full-time hours, competitive pay, and a strong training program within a world-class dental service organization.

You will provide compassionate patient service, schedule and verify appointments, handle insurance verification and payments, balance nightly deposits, and support the Manager with additional tasks as needed. A generous benefits package is included.

• Organized and detail oriented.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Job Type: Full Time. Salary: $20 - $24 / hour.

How You’ll Make a Difference

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
• Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager
