Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to deliver compassionate, patient-centered service in a fast-paced dental office. You will greet patients, schedule appointments, verify insurance, and balance deposits while upholding company policies and standards.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and a welcoming team culture, with opportunities for growth and ongoing learning through TAG U.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset
  • High regard for time management
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Must be age 18 or older

Responsibilities

  • Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
  • Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection
  • Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
  • Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager
