Job summary

Aspen Dental in Arlington, TX is hiring a Patient Experience Coordinator (Patient Coordinator) to deliver exceptional patient service. You will schedule and confirm appointments, organize charts, verify insurance, and collect payments, while balancing nightly deposits.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
• Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager
