How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Patient Coordinator, reporting to the Manager, you will handle daily front office tasks to create positive impressions and foster trust and loyalty with patients. You will participate in a four-week training program to ensure your success in this role.

• Provide compassionate, superior patient service aligned with patient needs, company policies, government regulations, and dental standards
• Support patients by scheduling, confirming appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance, and collecting payments
• Manage nightly deposits and credit card processing
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset
• Excellent time management skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
