Job summary

Elite Dental Partners LLC in Kentwood, MI is seeking a Part-Time Patient Coordinator to support a patient-centered practice. The role focuses on welcoming patients, gathering information, verifying insurance, and maintaining an efficient daily schedule.

You will answer insurance questions, assist with financial arrangements, collect payments, and balance deposits. The position offers a friendly team, with hours Mon-Wed 8:00am–5:00pm and potential for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; additional education in business or healthcare preferred.
• Minimum of two years' experience in dental/medical/healthcare or customer service.
• Knowledge of dental insurance and explanation of benefits preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with both the team and patients.

• Gather patient information, create their files, and verify insurance eligibility
• Maintain a productive schedule for the day and schedule future appointments
• Confirm patient appointments and update the schedule as needed

• Knowledge of dental insurance and explanation of benefits preferred
• Excellent communication skills with both the team and patients
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products and working with dental software, Dentrix experience strongly preferred
