Job summary

Aspen Dental is hiring a Patient Experience Coordinator (we call it Patient Coordinator) in Easley, SC. You will provide front-line patient service, schedule appointments, verify insurance, and support daily office operations to ensure a positive patient experience.

This full-time position offers paid time off and benefits, with a focus on teamwork, ongoing training, and professional growth within a supportive dental group.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
• High regard for time management.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with policies and regulations.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and collect payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and process credit card transactions.
• Handle additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.

How You’ll Make a Difference

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
• Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager
