Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to front the patient experience at our practice. You will join a four‑week training program and report to the Manager, performing front office duties that build trust and loyalty with patients.

You will schedule appointments, verify insurance, collect payments, balance deposits, and support multiple tasks to keep the front desk running smoothly. A positive, detail‑oriented approach is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High regard for time management.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with care and compassion following patient needs, policies and regulations.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and collect payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and process credit card transactions.
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Patient Coordinator, you will report to the Manager and perform daily front office tasks and duties to help create lasting impressions and build trust and loyalty with patients. When you join an Aspen Dental practice, you’ll participate in a four‑week training program to succeed in your role.

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
• Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset
• High regard for time management
• Organized and detail oriented
• Must be age 18 or older
