Job summary

Aspen Dental is looking for a Patient Coordinator (Patient Experience Coordinator) in Canton, Ohio. You will be responsible for providing excellent patient service, managing appointments, and ensuring a supportive environment.

The role offers full-time scheduling with competitive pay ranging from $16 to $18 per hour, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including health and dental coverage, paid time off, and a 401(k) savings plan.

How You’ll Make a Difference

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
• Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager
