Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Coordinator (Patient Experience Coordinator) to handle daily front office duties, greet patients, schedule, verify insurance, and balance deposits. The role starts with a four-week training program to ensure success.

You will contribute to a welcoming patient experience and collaborate with the team in a fast-paced dental practice, with opportunities for growth and a best-in-class training program and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

  • Must be able to communicate effectively with patients and staff.
  • Excellent time management to handle front-doffice tasks.
  • Attention to detail in scheduling, chart organization and payments.
  • Age 18 or older as required by policy.

Responsibilities

  • Provide superior patient service and front office support in line with policy and regulations.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and collect payments.
  • Balance nightly deposits and process credit card transactions.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager.

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Patient Coordinator, you will report to the Manager and perform daily front office tasks and duties to help create lasting impressions and build trust and loyalty with patients. When you join an Aspen Dental practice, you’ll participate in a four-week training program to succeed in your role.

  • Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
  • Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection
  • Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
  • Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager
Preferred Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset
  • High regard for time management
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Must be age 18 or older
