Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to deliver superior patient service in a supportive, fast-paced dental network.

As a Full Time Patient Experience Coordinator, you will schedule appointments, verify insurance, balance deposits, and assist the Manager. Aspen Dental offers a comprehensive benefits package, training programs, and a collaborative culture that supports career growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
• Time management skills.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, policies and dental standards.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and collect payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.

How You’ll Make a Difference

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
• Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager
