Job summary

Ivy Rehab Network in Bloomington, IL is seeking a Patient Coordinator to be the hub of our clinics, greeting patients, scheduling, and handling insurance verifications. You will work closely with clinicians to deliver exceptional patient care and world-class service.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of healthcare administration experience, strong MS Office skills, and a proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive, patient-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative experience in a healthcare setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to manage time and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with a drive to exceed patient expectations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in patients and verify information.
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries.
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain required authorizations.
• Collect payments and process new patient paperwork.
• Support clinic operations to maintain performance.
