Look Lab Med Spa, a rapidly growing multi-state med spa, is seeking a Clinic Support professional in Ladue, Missouri. The role focuses on driving revenue, managing schedules, and delivering a luxury patient experience.

You will guide patient decisions, support clinic flow, and follow up with patients and leads, while contributing to a team known for precision, excellence, and internal growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hospitality, sales, or customer service preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with scheduling systems and social media.
• Professional presence and communication skills.
• High School Diploma Required.
• Some College preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue through rebooking, memberships, and skincare recommendations.
• Maximize provider schedules and booked patients consistently.
• Create a luxury, personalized experience from arrival to checkout.
• Guide patient decisions with warmth and professionalism.
• Support clinic flow by anticipating needs and staying organized.

What You’ll Own

• Drive revenue through rebooking, memberships, and skincare recommendations
• Maximize provider schedules by ensuring patients are booked correctly and consistently
• Create a luxury, personalized experience from arrival to checkout
• Confidently guide patient decisions while maintaining warmth and professionalism
• Support clinic flow by anticipating needs, staying ahead, and keeping the day organized
• Follow up with patients and leads to maintain momentum and retention
  Capture content (photos/videos) that aligns with our brand aesthetic
• Operate with extreme attention to detail in scheduling, invoicing, and patient records
