Bayview Physicians Group is a rapidly growing outpatient medical practice seeking a Pharmacy Technician to serve as the link between patients, providers and medications. The role offers competitive hourly pay and a full benefits package, with duties spanning prescription processing, patient enrollment in assistance programs, and coordination with pharmaceutical partners.

The ideal candidate will have an active Pharmacy Technician license, strong pharmaceutical knowledge, excellent communication

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Active Pharmacy Technician license in good standing.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical concepts, medical terminology, and insurance payor requirements.
• Excellent communication skills with a patient-first mindset.
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
• Flexibility to travel to satellite locations as needed.

Mansioni

• Deliver outstanding customer service to patients, providers, pharmacies, and pharmaceutical partners
• Process medication refill requests and prior authorizations accurately through the EMR
• Assist patients with enrollment in pharmaceutical assistance programs
• Track, monitor, and manage on-site medication samples
• Build strong working relationships with pharmaceutical representatives
• Respond to pharmacy inquiries regarding prescriptions, refills, and medication interactions
• Handle patient calls related to medication questions, concerns, and provider messages
• Support physicians and office managers with administrative tasks as needed
