Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma is required.
• Active Arizona State Technician License is required.
• Current and valid PTCB certification is required.
• Clean criminal record with no felonies.
• Experience in customer service or call center in pharma/healthcare.
• Strong attention to HIPAA and patient confidentiality.
• Proficiency in basic math and PC skills (MS Office, internet, email).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask across phone, email, and chat.
• Collaborative, team-first mindset aligned with company culture.

Responsibilities

• Handle phone calls and outgoing calls to assist patients and healthcare providers.
• Manage payments and maintain accurate financial records.
