• Must be 18 years of age.

• Any previous comparable experience is desirable.
• Experience with customer service including registries, phone, and cashier.
• Experience with inventory control in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide stellar customer service in a retail pharmacy setting.
• Assist with dispensing and patient interactions where permitted by state law.
• Answer phones, triage inquiries, and support store associates.
• Operate cash register and process payments while preventing loss.
• Maintain clean, organized workstations and waiting areas.
• Follow HIPAA and safety guidelines and company policies.
