Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers and employees.
• Perform reception, data entry, adjudication, and product dispensing accurately.
• Assist Pharmacist in duties not requiring professional judgement.
• Operate cash register and process payments securely (Credit/Debit, EBT, Gift Cards).
• Triage calls and respond to inquiries professionally.
• Maintain clean, organized workstations and waiting areas.
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and company privacy policies.
• Support health and wellness initiatives and vendor programs.
• Follow inventory, ordering, and supplier guidelines.
