CVS Health is hiring a Staff Pharmacist for a part-time role at our Massachusetts location. You will support the Pharmacy Manager, lead Pharmacy Support Staff, and ensure patient safety, regulatory compliance, and high-quality service.

The position details include 29 hours weekly with a pay range of $60.00–$76.00 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package. The ideal candidate holds an active state Pharmacy License and immunization certification, with a clean DEA record and no felony charges

Qualifications

Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed.
Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (i.e. APhA).
Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
Free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances.

Responsibilities

Lead with Heart and provide compassionate care to patients and customers.
Support Pharmacy Manager in directing Pharmacy Technician staff and daily operations.
Oversee patient safety, regulatory requirements, quality assurance, customer service, and inventory management.
Drive growth and improve performance by identifying opportunities and implementing solutions.
