Job summary

CVS Health in Massachusetts is hiring a Staff Pharmacist for a part-time role. You will support the Pharmacy Manager, oversee Pharmacy Technician staff, and ensure safe, high-quality patient care while managing operations in the pharmacy.

The role requires an active state pharmacy license and immunization certification; DEA exclusion check; 20 weekly hours; pay range $60.00-$76.00. Benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed.
• Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (i.e. APhA).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
• Free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances.

Responsibilities

• Lead Pharmacy Support Staff and ensure patient care quality.
• Support Pharmacy Manager in daily operations and oversight.
• Maintain patient safety, regulatory compliance and quality assurance.
• Identify business opportunities and contribute to improving pharmacy performance.
• Guide the team to implement approved solutions and meet goals.
• Adapt to changes in a dynamic community healthcare setting.
• Foster a caring, collaborative team culture focused on outcomes.

Education

Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
