Qualifications

• Active pharmacy license in the state of employment.
• Immunization certification through an accredited organization (i.e. APhA).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List or pending charges related to controlled substances.
• Free of pending felony charges or convictions involving controlled substances.
