Inova Health Primary Care in Chantilly is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant 1. This full-time, day-shift role supports patient flow, vitals collection, and exam assistance in a fast-paced clinic setting.

Responsibilities include patient prep, basic clerical tasks, and maintaining a clean, compliant workflow. Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or GED and BLS certification within 6 months of hire; experience in a medical group is preferred.

Formación

• Education: High School or GED required.
• Certification: Basic Life Support (AHA) within 6 months of hire.
• Experience: medical group practice or similar preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform general patient care tasks: check schedules, take vitals, assist in exam rooms and with procedures.
• Record medical information, relay instructions to patients and families, and help with patient flow.
• Assist with clerical duties: handle medical records, forms, and test results.
• Maintain a clean, safe clinical environment and practice proper sterile techniques.
