Responsibilities

• Reads patient tray ticket orders and places items on trays.
• Delivers and serves patient trays and related items.
• Assists patients with opening items and handling trays.
• Collects and stacks trays, returns to kitchen.
• Operates dish machine and maintains sanitation.
• Washes dishes and kitchen equipment.
• Serves cafeteria customers and operates cash register.
• Maintains temperature records and follows safety procedures.
