Responsibilities

• Delegate staff assignments for routine and non-routine duties daily and per project.
• Reorganize work schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Coordinate with supervisors of other services to avoid interrupting patient care.
• Clean and maintain patient areas, corridors, operating rooms, and related spaces.
• Manage supplies and equipment to meet cost and policy targets.
• Train subordinates on patient-centered care and proper methods and equipment usage.
