• Supervise subordinates to meet policies and schedules; plan daily/weekly assignments.
• Train staff and ensure use of patient-centered care in customer service to patients, families, and staff.
• Provide on-the-job training; ensure proper safety and housekeeping procedures are followed.
• Schedule meetings and communicate new procedures or directives to staff.
• Inspect areas for cleanliness and safety, and document discrepancies.
• Manage supplies and equipment to control costs and maintain standards.
