Job summary

Rochester Regional Health is seeking a Food Services Supervisor at Clifton Springs Hospital. You will oversee Food and Nutrition Services operations, ensuring timely meal distribution to patients and maintaining high service standards.

The role requires a two-year degree or four years' related experience, ServSafe certification within 6 months, and strong leadership and communication skills. Expect 40 hours weekly with early and late shifts, including alternating weekends.

Responsibilities

• Visit patients to assess satisfaction with food service and act as department representative in opening/closing the kitchen.
• Train and develop employees; supervise kitchen, dish room, cafeteria and food prep; ensure schedules and nourishment requirements are met; order supplies.
• Log all food temperatures following HAACP procedures.
• Supervise tray assembly and Room Service; ensure quality and adherence to policies.
• Coordinate tray line setup and other kitchen functions; adjust for out-of-stock items.
• Address patient complaints and follow up on service quality.
