Job summary

Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital Needham, part of Beth Israel Lahey Health, is hiring a Per Diem Diet Aide for rotating shifts in Needham, MA. Qualifications

• High school or equivalent required.
• 0–1 year related work experience in healthcare dietary setting preferred.
• Basic familiarity with computers.

Responsibilities

• Prepares cold food for patient line and traveling meals.
• Delivers and retrieves food carts/trays from patient units following infection control guidelines.
• Washes pots, pans and utensils; stores items in an organized, sanitary manner.
• Follows HACCP and quality control standards.
• Maintains cleanliness of assigned work area and performs cleaning tasks as assigned.
