Qualifications

• High school graduation or equivalent
• One (1) year experience in food preparation preferred
• Experience in preparing and cooking food in large quantities

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals for patients per diet and safety guidelines
• Follow recipes and production schedules for meals and snacks
• Ensure food and supplies are available for the next meals
• Serve meals and snacks in a timely manner
• Utilize production tools and recipes to prepare meals and snacks
• Demonstrate customer service and a positive attitude toward patients
• Communicate effectively within an interdisciplinary team
