Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate nursing care by LPNs and CMA/RMA.
• Lead morning huddles and ensure care consistency with Azara and dot phrases.
• Triage patient calls for acute conditions and determine level of care.
• Administer medications (oral, Sub Q, IM) under physician orders and update records.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient safety; document health history and medications.
