Job summary

The Christ Hospital Health Network is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide holistic patient care in accordance with the hospital’s Professional Practice Model. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, collaborating with physicians, families, and the care team to support patient and family centered care.

Ohio license, BLS, ACLS within 6 months for relevant units, and BSN within 5 years for new hires.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Ohio.
• BSN within 5 years for post-2010 hires.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification required within 6 months for step-down/ICU units.

Responsibilities

• Performs holistic patient assessments.
• Plans and coordinates care with the care team.
• Educates patients and families about care plans.
• Ensures patient safety and accurate documentation in EMR.
• Participates in handoffs and care conferences.
