Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia seeks a registered nurse to deliver patient- and family-centered care using the nursing process and to develop personalized plans with patients and care partners, respecting cultural values.

The role includes 7:00a–7:30p shifts for three days per week (0.9 FTE) with on-call duties; requires a specialized nursing diploma, PA RN license, and BLS.

Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma in nursing from an accredited school.
• Knowledge of patient- and family-centered practice.
• Cultural awareness when caring for diverse patients.
• Effective communication with patients and families; delegation where appropriate.
• RN license in the State of Pennsylvania; BLS certification.

Responsabilités

• Integrates evidence-based practice with patient and family preferences for care.
• Educates patients and families on learning needs and priorities.
• Minimizes risk by following established nursing practices and protocols.
• Uses data to monitor care outcomes and supports quality improvement.
