Albert Einstein Medical Center in Pennsylvania is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver patient-centered care using the nursing process. You will collaborate with the patient, family, and care partners to develop and implement individualized plans of care aligned with cultural beliefs and values.

The role emphasizes education, discharge planning, and teamwork within a multidisciplinary environment. A specialized nursing diploma and PA RN licensure are required, with BSN preferred.

Formación

• Specialized Diploma graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Knowledge of patient-, family-centered care and collaboration with care partners.
• Cultural awareness and respectful communication with diverse patients.
• Effective communication skills for transmitting and interpreting information with patients and families.
• Ability to assess patient ailments, plan and implement care.
• Education for patients and designated care partners on conditions, treatments and medications.
• Knowledge of medication administration and post-discharge considerations.
• Discharge planning and coordination of follow-up care.
• Knowledge of health information documentation and record-keeping.
• BLS (AHA) certification and PA RN licensure.
