Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services including preventive care and routine physical examinations.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based medicine.
• Order, interpret, and review diagnostic tests including laboratory and imaging studies.
• Prescribe medications and therapies according to clinical guidelines.
• Provide patient education on health maintenance, disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications.
• Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare providers.
• Maintain accurate, compliant medical documentation in the electronic health record.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and population health efforts.
