Doctor's Choice Placement Services, Inc is seeking a Primary Care Physician for outpatient opportunities in multiple locations across Alabama, including Birmingham, Tuscaloosa, Mobile, and Decatur. This full-time position offers a Monday to Friday schedule, focusing on providing value-based care for a senior patient population.

Qualifications

• Must be able to use EMR system to document patient encounters.
• Knowledge of ICD‑10 coding and STAR measure attainment required.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care to Medicare Advantage HMO senior patients.
• See 12‑15 patients daily, focusing on prevention and maintenance.
• Document patient encounters using an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
