Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven proficiency in Medicine and Primary Care.
• Experience or training in Critical Care and Emergency Medicine.
• Connecticut APP license with prescriptive authority eligibility.
• Strong communication and collaboration; accurate documentation.
• Graduate APP degree; board certification preferred (Family or Adult-Gerontology).
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and quality initiatives.
• Ability to work independently within established protocols.
• Experience in community or hospital-based primary care settings is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and physical exams.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests; develop treatment plans.
