• Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Graduates eligible for licensure will be considered.
• State Licensure in Physical Therapy (PT).
• CPR/BLS certification.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and update plan of care with measurable goals and discharge plan.
• Perform age appropriate competency skills and adjust care; discharge when appropriate.
• Meet productivity standards; collaborate with team and utilize support staff.
• Provide professional patient/customer service and involve patient/family in goal setting.
• Complete documentation including charting, charge entry, peer reviews, and schedules.
• Use information systems per hospital guidelines.
