Eden Capital Careers in the Atlanta metro area seeks a Board Certified Primary Care Physician for a full-time, on-site outpatient practice. You will lead a dedicated care pod, deliver preventive, relationship-based care, and collaborate with health coaches, behavioral health specialists, and care coordinators.

The role emphasizes low-volume, patient-centered care with longer visits, comprehensive records, and a clear path to a full patient panel.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from a U.S. medical school.
• Board Certified in General Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Active, unrestricted Georgia Medical License or eligibility for immediate endorsement.
• 5 to 20 years of direct outpatient primary care experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive outpatient medical care with emphasis on prevention and long-term wellness.
• Lead an active clinical pod and manage a dedicated intake of patients.
• Direct care workflows with on-site nursing and administrative support.
• Participate in equitable after-hours phone triage among group colleagues.
• Coordinate care across an integrated network of specialists and care team members.
• Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with quality standards.
• Build lasting patient partnerships through extended visit times and personalized care planning.
