Job summary

OhioHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Urologic Gynecology ambulatory clinic. You will work with an experienced physician and care team to deliver patient-centered care for women with complex urologic needs, including cystoscopies and urodynamic testing.

The role emphasizes hands-on nursing, coordination of care, and support during clinic visits in a fast-paced outpatient setting. May require coverage at multiple Ohio locations; includes orientation and training.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing or equivalent.
• Current RN license in Ohio or multi-state compact state.
• BLS/AHA CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Performs initial and ongoing health status assessments.
• Documents and plans nursing interventions to meet patient needs.
• Evaluates responses to interventions and updates care plan as needed.
• Participates in process improvements to enhance clinical quality and patient satisfaction.
• Supports providers during clinic visits and assists with prior authorizations.
