Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provides mature professional judgment and crisis intervention for vulnerable patients, utilizing treatment modalities.
• Performs evaluation, diagnosis and treatment for patients and families with psychosocial and environmental issues.
• Develops treatment plans addressing outcomes and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams.
• Prepares patient referrals and coordinates services with community resources to improve health outcomes.
• Participates in discharge planning across MSU, ICU and OB wards.
