Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets patients, guests, and staff in a courteous manner.
• Routes calls and messages to appropriate individuals or departments.
• Uses hospital information system and basic computer skills to access records.
• Maintains unit logs, files, and bulletin boards and keeps records up to date.
• Assists in patient room preparation, meals, transport, and indirect care duties.
• Ensures patient confidentiality and adheres to safety procedures.
