Job summary

Recover-Care in Garnett, KS is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to work under the supervision of a licensed nurse and deliver compassionate, safety‑focused bedside care.

Qualifications

• Assists patient with Activities of Daily Living (ADL).
• Obtains and records vital signs and weights.
• Assists with ambulation and transfers.
• Positions patients correctly in bed and chair.
• Feeds or assists with meals as per care plan.
• Maintains confidentiality of PHI and follows safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Performs care per plan and coordinates with the licensed nurse.
• Transfers patients and assists with mobilization as needed.
• Notifies nursing staff of changes in patient condition.
• Documents care, intake/output, and observations.
• Promotes a safe, respectful, team-oriented care environment.
