Qualifikationen

• Current listing with the Nurse Aide Registry as Nurse Aide I or Nurse Aide II per state board.

Aufgaben

• Supports patients with activities of daily living.
• Assists with personal hygiene.
• Takes vital signs and height/weight measurements.
• Feeds and ambulates patients per procedures.
• Keeps patient rooms clean and orderly.
• Observes and reports changes in patient conditions.
• Orients patients and families to unit and safety procedures.
• Performs clerical tasks and data entry for medical records.
• Maintains stock inventory for unit supplies.
• Performs Nurse Aide tasks per state board guidelines.
• Administers a 12-lead EKG and routine venipuncture with proper training.
