Responsibilities include team communication, rounds, maintaining supplies, and possible virtual safety role; requires High School Diploma and BLS upon hire, with a strong commitment to diversity and compassionate care. Workday Day shift at the primary location in Philadelphia.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and patient care needs.
• Ability to perform delegated tasks within scope.
• Hygiene knowledge and ability to apply daily care.
• Understanding patient safety risks and mitigation.
• Respectful collaboration with patients, families and partners.
• Diversity awareness and effective communication.
• BLS certification upon hire.

Responsabilités

• Communicates with interprofessional team, patient, family and care partners.
• Performs direct and indirect patient care activities under supervision.
• Promotes and maintains a safe patient care environment.
• Maintains supplies and equipment for efficient unit operations.
• Conducts patient rounds and responds to call lights promptly.
• May serve as virtual safety associate as needed.
• May assist with telehealth exams using peripheral devices and software.
