Jefferson Health is seeking a Patient Care Technician to support designated patient care activities under the supervision of the licensed clinical team. The role includes direct and indirect patient care, and collaboration with telehealth staff to assist with remote encounters when needed.

The PCT will aid in maintaining a safe care environment, help with supplies, and participate in patient rounds, ensuring timely response to call lights while supporting dignified, patient-centered care.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and patient care needs.
• Ability to perform delegated tasks within scope.
• Knowledge of safety in a healthcare environment.
• Ability to communicate respectfully with diverse patients and families.
• Experience working in interprofessional teams and communicating clearly.
• BLS certification required upon hire.
