The position requires a High School Diploma or GED, knowledge of medical terminology, and the ability to work with diverse patient populations. BLS/AHA certification is expected, with potential telehealth responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and patient care needs.
• Ability to collaborate with an interprofessional team.
• BLS and AHA knowledge or certification required.
• Familiarity with telehealth tools is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Communicate with and support the interprofessional team, patient, family and care partners.
• Perform direct and indirect patient care under supervision of licensed clinicians.
• Promote a safe patient care environment and maintain supplies/equipment.
• Conduct patient rounds and respond to call lights promptly.
• Assist with telehealth encounters and related technologies as needed.
